Return & Exchange Policy – Cocorane


At Cocorane, we strive to deliver premium quality with every order. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a structured exchange and store-credit-based resolution to ensure fairness and consistency.


Exchange & Return Window


  • Exchange or return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests received after this period will not be accepted.


Eligibility Conditions


To qualify for an exchange or store credit:


  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • The product must pass our internal quality inspection
  • Proof of purchase from the Cocorane website is mandatory
  • Requests will be rejected if tags are missing or damaged
  • Product Display Disclaimer


We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to screen or lighting differences. Such variations are not considered defects.


Exchange Policy


  • Exchanges are allowed for size or alternate products only.
  • A ₹99 exchange & handling fee is applicable per request.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.


If the requested item or size is unavailable, the order will be resolved through store credit.


Return Resolution & Store Credit


  • Cocorane does not offer cash or original payment method refunds.
  • Approved returns are processed strictly as store credit.


Store credit:


  • Reflects the product value (excluding shipping and handling fees)
  • Is valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of issue
  • Can be redeemed only on the Cocorane website
  • Is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash


Issuing store credit is a brand service, not a monetary refund obligation.


Reverse Pick-Up & Charges


  • Reverse pick-up is available within India.
  • A ₹99 handling fee applies to all approved returns or exchanges.
  • Customers may also self-ship the product at their own cost and share courier proof via email.


All returned items undergo a mandatory quality inspection. Cocorane reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on product condition and policy compliance. The brand’s decision will be final.


Additional Notes


  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed
  • Delays caused by natural calamities or unforeseen logistics issues are not eligible for return or exchange
  • All purchases are considered final unless they meet the above conditions
