- Cocorane currently ships within India only.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner operations.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to terms mentioned during checkout.
Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to origin.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery.
- If accepted, report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.
